Please contact us at [email protected].

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can do that at any time by emailing [email protected]

How can I tell how much longer my subscription runs?

After you sign in with your DII credentials, you can click on the menu to see the link to your account. You will see your payment plan and subscription term on that page.

I would like to change from a monthly or quarterly billing subscription to an annual one.

We can change that for you, but we will need your credit card information to do so. Please contact [email protected] with that request.
